A virtual assistant for beneficiaries that provides automated responses to inquiries. It involves preparing pre-set content for all anticipated questions and uploading it to the system.
How to access the service?
Access the service through My KKU using your username and password, then select the “Chatboot” service.
Who can use this service?
Faculty members, Employees , Students.
What are the service conditions?
