    المشرف على الإدارة العامة لمشاريع

Based on the university's strategy to strive towards leadership and academic excellence in various fields of science and knowledge, and to create opportunities for progress and competition in investing the vibrant human energies towards fulfilling the needs of this generous country. Given that the General Administration of Projects is considered one of the most prominent pillars upon which the development of the nation's assets – including facilities, equipment, and infrastructure – is based, the General Administration of Projects seeks to implement the concept of project management methodology according to international standards. The administration adopts this methodology in its programs and all its projects, moving towards achieving professional project management standards and the requirements of the Project Management Office System “PMOS.” From this standpoint, the General Administration gives utmost attention to controlling and automating the processes of the project lifecycle stages.

Within the framework of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 initiatives and its strategic goals, we have seen the transition to modern management methods according to a systematic approach based on the phases and knowledge of global project management and the best practices of some government agencies and distinguished companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, the development plans and programs in the administration have given importance to preparing a guiding knowledge manual that clearly and engagingly explains all the steps of the project lifecycle stages.

    May Allah grant us success...
