What is the Meet (Remote Appointment) Service?
A service that allows beneficiaries to schedule an appointment with the university president remotely via Zoom, based on the available schedule for the service.
How to access the service?
Access the service through My KKU using your username and password, then select the “Meet (Remote Appointment)” service.
Who can use this service?
Faculty members, Employees , Students.
What are the service conditions?
• Users must book the appointment through the online platform well in advance of the scheduled time.
• Users are required to present a valid ID at the time of booking and at the beginning of the meeting.
• Ensure a strong internet connection and suitable devices (computer, phone, headphones) for optimal communication quality.
• Users must adhere to the scheduled appointment time and connect at the agreed time.
• It is preferred that the user be in a quiet and distraction-free environment during the meeting.
• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled according to the platform's policy, provided it is done within the specified time frame.
• Users must adhere to the privacy and confidentiality of the information shared during the meeting and refrain from recording or sharing it without permission.
