A service that simplifies the process of creating surveys, conducting studies, and gathering data electronically.
How to access the service?
Access the service through My KKU using your username and password, then select the “e-Forms” service.
Who can use this service?
Faculty members, employees , Students.
What are the service conditions?
• The beneficiary must be a member of the university (students, employees, faculty members).
• Registration in the designated electronic portal for the service.
• Submission of a form or survey that complies with the approved academic and professional standards.
• Compliance with the laws and regulations in force at the university.
• Not using the service for illegal or unethical purposes.
• Providing accurate and correct data in the survey forms.
• Respecting the specified deadlines for submission of forms or surveys.
