A service that enables beneficiaries to submit complaints and feedback to all university departments, with the option to escalate issues to the university president. The president can use this service to track the status of all complaints across different systems.
Access the service through My KKU using your username and password, then select the “Mubahser” service.
Faculty members, employees , Students and Visitors.
• The beneficiary must be a member of the university (students, employees, faculty members).
• Submitting the complaint or request through the electronic portal designated for the service.
• Providing accurate and clear details about the submitted complaint or request.
• Compliance with the laws and regulations in force at the university.
• Not using the service for illegal or unethical purposes.
• Monitoring the status of the complaint through the designated electronic system.
• Respecting the specified response times set by the relevant authority.
