What is the Collaborator User Request Service?
This service allows university departments to request the creation of new university accounts or password resets for university collaborators.
How to access the service?
Access the service through My KKU using your username and password, then select the “Collaborator User Request” service.
Who can use this service?
Collaborators.
What are the service conditions?
The contracting entity with the university must obtain an official authorization to request a cooperative account.
The account request must be submitted through the electronic system designated for this service, and the user must provide the necessary and accurate information.
The password reset request must contain accurate and complete information about the user.
The entitlement request must comply with the guidelines and instructions set by the university regarding this service.
Users are committed to providing account information and personal information necessary to manage the account securely.
