This service is provided for all university staff members and aims to facilitate the process of following up on clearance requests. It has been activated to save significant time and effort in obtaining a clearance certificate. The service eliminates the need to search for the relevant department and obtain its signature.

Access the service through My KKU using your username and password, then select the “Clearance For Medical City” service.

• The beneficiary of the service must be affiliated with King Khalid University.

• The request for releasing from the Medical City should be submitted through the electronic services platform available on the university's official website.

• The beneficiary is responsible for providing the required documents to complete the request for releasing.

• The service is provided within a specified period of time and cannot be modified thereafter.

• The beneficiary is obliged to pay the required fees for issuing the release form.

• Through the unified technical support (8000).
