Faculty members can submit conference attendance requests electronically through the system. These requests follow specific workflows until they are approved or rejected electronically .
Access the service through My KKU using your username and password, then select the “Conference Attendance” service.
Faculty members.
• Attendees must register for the conference by the specified deadline to secure a spot.
• Attendees are required to arrive on time and adhere to the session schedules.
• All participants must follow general professional and ethical conduct rules during the conference.
• All attendees must collect their identification badges from the conference organizers.
• Photography, audio, or video recording is prohibited without prior permission.
• Attendees are encouraged to engage in discussions and ask questions.
• Participants are requested to keep the venue and surrounding environment clean.
