Al-Qahtani Holding Group owns several major companies, including the International Beverage Holding Company, the Central Mining Holding Company, Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani and Sons Beverage Manufacturing Company (Pepsi-Cola), Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani and Partners Company for Marine and Petroleum Services, the Union Can Manufacturing Company, and the Rafad Investment and Real Estate Development  Company, the Cement Services Company for Industry, the Saudi Comedat Company, and the International Petroleum Hammer Equipment Company, in addition to many major companies inside and outside the Kingdom. The group's board of directors consists of Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulhadi Al-Jadha'i Al-Qahtani (Chairman of the Board), Mr. Khalid Bin Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani (Managing Director), Professor Muhammad bin Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani (Vice President). Professor Abdulaziz is an active member of the Board of Supervisors of the Endowments at King Khalid University, the Board of Trustees of the King Salman Center for Disability Research, and the Saudi American Business Council. He is the Honorary Consul of the State of Romania in the Eastern Province. He is a member of a number of boards of directors of major companies, associations, and institutions, including the Board of Directors of Saudi Comedat Company Limited.
