One Award and Four Medals for the University at Worldinvent 2023 competition for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Singapore.

King Khalid university students earned three gold medals and one silver medal in worldinvent 2023 competition for innovation and Entrepreneurship held in Singapore. The university also earned a special award from the country of china considering the university's projects as the best Entrepreneurial projects showcased in this competition.

The president of the talent, creativity, and Entrepreneurship center, the delegated leader of the participants, Dr. Majed Ala'deman, has congratulated his Excellency, and the participating students in celebration of their innovative projects.

Three gold medals have been awarded to three projects. College of medicine student Rayan Mohammad Al-Qahtani's Clinical smart bed, which increases the ER's efficacy and help doctors monitor the patient's condition directly after the doctor's approval, and College of Computer Science student, Saeed Turki Al-wada'e's FETHABOT which is a smart robot that interacts with humans inside buildings. The project aims to help visitors and disable people inside buildings to reach their destinations with ease, and to answer their questions using AI Technology and electrical force and many other assisting technologies. As well as college of computer science student, Mona Hasan Moshta'a, whose projects aims to use Fire Hawk drones equipped with AI cameras to send reports regarding the condition of trapped people before the fire department and paramedic's arrival.

A project by two students, Maram Awad Al-Qahtani and Shaima'a Hmood Al-asiri, from the College of Computer Science, have both been awarded a silver medal. Their project is a tool that scans the eye's expressions, and recognizes student states and patterns inside the classroom using AI technology, which helps teachers understand student's concentration levels inside the classroom.
