Al-Sharafi added that the platform comprises showing the baseline, targets, gaps, and reference values; measuring progress at any moment; managing initiatives; understanding the status of implementation of linked activities and their duration; and monitoring all tasks. Further, the platform was designed in a way, which facilitates understanding the data through detailed graphs, in addition to the possibility of determining the frequency in which the data will be updated automatically and regularly from various sources within the university.
