His Excellency King Khalid University President, Prof. Faleh bin Raja Allah Al-Solami, affirmed the university's keenness to build an integrated relationship with various entities, which would reflect positively on preparing its students for the labor market, in addition to achieving sponsorship for innovative projects to become national products, as well as finding investment opportunities, which would be represented by university projects and other projects growing in the region.

This came during the signing event of 15 cooperation agreements between the university and a number of bodies during the first two days of KKU EXPO 2023 held at the campus of the University City in Al-Far'aa.

Through the signing of cooperation agreements, the university aims to improve human resources, increase vocational training to meet the market demands in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and qualify students with the knowledge and skills required for the Saudi labor market, seeking to increase student readiness to contribute to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's sustainable development.

These partnerships are formed to strengthen the roles of the university and the multiple parties and improve the quality of initiatives, which support regional human development.

The most prominent clauses of the cooperation agreements stipulated student training, which included cooperative, field, and summer training, the possibility of participating in business exhibitions, workshops, and training courses, in addition to the exchange of scientific knowledge experiences, as well as the coordination of multiple programs.
