Community Service and Continuing Education Deanship of King Khalid University has announced starting registration for applied diploma programs and short courses in the 1^st semester for the academic year 1435 -1436 AH, for both male and female. The programs are: diploma for applied administrative sciences, which is known as the diploma of office administration, applied diploma for computer sciences, which is known as diploma in Applied Programming, and diploma in Information Systems Programming. The courses are for one academic year duration each. Regarding the English language course, the Deanship presented a two-year diploma program. On the short courses, the Deanship offered course in the English Language in 6 levels, depending on a series of Cambridge named "Ventures". Another course in computer which is about office business will run for a period not exceeding three months.

The certificates of diploma and other courses, which will be presented by the Deanship will be accredited and classified by the Ministry of Civil Service, thus suitable for the labor market, hence such programs are designed for the needs of the labor market.

It is noteworthy that the deanship has already designed the terms and conditions for admission to the diploma programs and other courses. Anyone interested has to visit the center, with a Copy of personal ID card and a Secondary School certificate. The Deanship also pointed out that there are vacancies for non-Saudis females at the women's branch.
