The Admissions and Registration Dean, Dr. Saad Al Dajm, clarified that the names of proposed courses for the Summer Semester for the 1434-1435 AH academic year had been received from all Departments and Colleges and will be available on Thursday, 3 June.
Dr. Dajm called upon all interested students to review the proposed courses for the Summer Semester, which were announced on the site of the university (kku.edu.sa), to enable everyone to register early. He explained that the registration details will be submitted to Departments and Colleges to approve the subjects according to the approved rules of the University Council.
He reported that students can enrol at University Colleges spread across Asir region but that registration in more than one place was not possible. It is also possible for visitor students from other universities to register, subject to availability.
He stressed the necessity of following the instructions and guidelines in the student handbook on how to register for subjects, verifying subject reference numbers, and to adhere to the scheduled day for each subject registration.
He clarified that apologies for semesters or courses will be accepted only through the Dean of the applicable College after making the necessary excuses to the Admission and Registration Deanship.
