Talent Summer Program at King Khalid University closed its activities under the auspices of the University president Dr.Abdullrahman Bin Hamid Aldawood and in the presence of the teaching staff who supervised the research projects besides the creative works and inventions that reached 20 distinguished projects.
The program director, Dr.Dhafer Al Hamad declared that and said the students related to Talent program, who reached 30 students, do their best efforts hence the research projects reached 8 projects as follow:
Negative smoking- Rats Experiment- Immunity- Living Creatures Isolation- the study of chromosomes- nanotechnology in water purification from microorganisms- the effect of caffeine on humans - the effect of altitude on human physiology.
The inventions reached 8 projects:
Robots and authentic applications – surveillance with the lowest - tyrostor – the circle of Sound amplification in two phases - photovoltaic cell - key finder - keyhole finder - Protect your home from theft – Tank alarm - humidity detector circuit.
Al Hamad added that the program will nominate the most prominent projects in the Institution of King Abdul Aziz and his Men for Talent and Creativity in order to be displayed in the local competitions like the American International Competition for Creativity (ISEF)
It gained appreciation and admiration of the arbitrators. The teamwork , the teaching staff, the students and the cooperative sites were honoured appraising what the Kingdom offers out of support and encouragement.
