The Third Annual Scholarship Forum concluded with a number of workshops and activities. The King Khalid University Scholarship Administration hosted the event in conjunction with the Gulf Conference Company. The forum was designed to facilitate international student exchanges and promote cooperation among nations. A crowd of more than 800 postgraduate students, their guests and a number of visiting high school students participated in this event.

The forum activities included discussions of the scholarship system, admissions requirements, international academic, standards and university life. General Supervisor of the Scholarship Administration, Dr. Ahmed Al-Amri, made a special presentation concerning policies and procedures for earning a PhD and explored various aspects of the international scholarship program.
