Al Solamy opens an establishment workshop for University Awqaf, in collaboration with the King Abdul-Aziz University

Rector of King Khalid University (KKU), Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Allah Al Solamy confirmed that the university is seeking, through its vision to a leading role with a regional depth, global dimension, and a knowledge research distinction, in addition to the contribution to community effectively towards a competitive quality. Rector Al Solamy added that the most strategic directions of the university lie in the unique learning environment, high-level faculty members, effective community-based partnership, financial and administrative systems with high efficiency and excellent research, and in the local and international cooperation.

This was stated during the opening an establishment workshop of Awqaf in KKU. The workshop is arranged in collaboration with the Creative Centre for Studies and consultancy and training at King Abdul-Aziz University, and in the framework of the partnership between the two universities. His Excellency the former member of the senior scientists, Sheikh Qais Al Mubarak has attended the event, in addition to His Excellency the former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Dr. Ali bin Ibrahim Alnamla, HE King Abdul-Aziz University former President, Prof. Osama Al Tayeb, the head of the General Court in Dammam, His virtue Saad Al-Muhanna, and the agents and university deans and a number of specialists and businessmen.

Rector Al Solamy gave a talk in which he welcomed all the attendees. He said, "It is an honor and pleasure on my behalf and on behalf of the employees of the KKU to welcome you. Thanks for accepting the invitation and for your participation in the workshop; Awqaf of King Khalid University" He added that we all agree on the importance of the endowment in general and the scientific endowment in particular, in the promotion and development of plans, programs, and services for students and for society in general. Most of our distinctive leading national university worked on endowments development which have become tributaries assist them in scientific and research excellence. He further explained that the university aims to create endowments able to contribute to strengthening its financial resources, supporting its educational programs and research, and enhancing their role in serving the community; those are the main pillars of the Kingdom 2030 vision. This could be achieved through genuine partnerships with governmental and private institutions, community organizations, and loyal citizens.
