His Excellency, the Rector of King Khalid University (KKU) Prof Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Allah Al Solamy, has today in the morning, received in his office, the Chairman of Fatwa Committee in Aser region, Sheikh Saad bin Saeed Al Hjari.

The visit reflected how the Fatwa Committee is taking care of the University, which the Committee considered a scientific edifice and which has its branches spanning over the governorates of the region, in addition to its academic prestigious reputation among other Saudi Arabian Universities.

For his part, the Rector of KKU welcomed the visitor, thanking him for his general care for the University. Rector Al Solamy hoped the visit would promote cooperation between the two parties to provide a comprehensive community service.

Sheikh Al Hajari stressed on the University's remarkable role in community service, pointing out that starting cooperation between the Fatwa Committee and KKU would serve a large segment of the society at all levels. Sheikh Al Hajari thanked the University Rector for good hospitality and care for community service.
