The Supervisor of Afaaq newspaper and Media Center, Dr. Ali Bin Shuweil Al-Qarni, has confirmed that the department always put special importance to the participation of its students at college's and university's various events. He said: "There is no doubt that the Second International Conference on Media and terrorism is a big and important event for the University, and there should be the involvement of all employees of the department in various committees and activities of the conference." Dr. Al Qarni added that the involvement of a number of male and female students in the various committees (scientific, media and public relations, the Committee of Support Services, and the accompanying exhibition), came in order to equip them - the students - with professional experience in organization, and to raise the level of specialized knowledge in the field of conference to the students".
