The Department of law at the university visits the Arabian Law Center.

A team from the department of law at King Khalid University (KKU) has visited the Arabian Law Center in Asir Region. The visit came within the requirements of the academic semester. The visit began with a tour in the center sections (research section, consulting section, training section, and section of international humanitarian law). Then, the chairman of the Commission on Arabian Human Rights, Dr. Hadi Al Yami, held a meeting with law students to answer their questions and to look at his experience as the first lawyer in the southern region, which he has been for more than 23 years. After that, Dr. Al Yami gave the students a detailed explanation of the major challenges he has faced in his position as a lawyer during his work in the profession. The Lawyer - Dr.Hadi Al Yami - mentioned one of the most important goals of that visit was to do what is required by the study of law from the field visits. From these visits, the students can look at lawyers experiences, and can learn about the law centers, as well as rights centers. Moreover, he / she can earn more skills as a result. Dr. Al Yami added, " Such visits will help the students to draw clear pictures of their future before graduation and before practicing the profession, as well as before entering the labor market. It will also help the students to identify the areas they can head to after their graduation".
