King Khalid University (KKU) is going to launch the 4^th health, awareness, and cultural program which will take place in Tharban Al-Majardah Governorate, and is going to be held over 6 days. The University Vice - President, Dr. Mari bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, who is also the Deputy of the General Supervisor of the program, has headed a preparatory meeting. He stated at the meeting that the program "is observed by 261 of the University specialized cadres from academic, administrative, artificial, areas. The events of the program will witness activating a number of services and operational activities, in addition to mobile clinics which are equipped with needed equipment, and a pharmacy that contains more than 200 types of medications".

The program is expected to contain 187 different clinics which offer all necessary services, in addition to a number of laboratories and rays labs. The program will also provide awareness lectures, visual presentations, training courses, field surveys, workshops, and sermons in mosques.

It is noteworthy that the University, with its staff, will put their best efforts to provide for the people of Al-Majardah Governorate in Tehammah Asir. A number of colleges are going to participate in the program. They include Sahria, Medicine, Dentistry, Applied Medical Sciences, Language and Translation, Nursery from Khamis Mushyat, in addition to Admission and Registration Deanship, Community Service Deanship, and the Medical City.
