Rector: King Salman's era is an era of achievements, work, decisiveness, and insight.

The Rector of King Khalid and Bisha Universities, Prof. Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al Dawood has congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, and His Highness the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, and the Deputy Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz - God save them - on the first anniversary of the allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - God protect him. Rector Al Dawood said, "The anniversary of the allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques comes while our dear homeland witnesses a comprehensive renaissance and development, under the wise leadership that made continued reform and development at the top of its priorities. The citizen lives a period of quantum leap in the area of care and services in all scientific, cultural, social, physical and economic fields."

Dr. Al Dawood confirmed that this prosperous era - the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud - was characterized by reforms in a row, continuing development, comprehensive development, and it is the era of achievement, work, decisiveness and insight. In one year, everyone has witnessed the Kingdom turning into a beehive that does not stop in order to achieve the aspirations of the homeland and the citizen's welfare. The Rector added, "Undeniably, even the history will never deny the king's wise decisions and determined policies, which kicked off a victory of legitimacy in Yemen, stopped the expansion plans of the Houthi, and rescued the weak who suffered injustice, oppression, and aggression of the Houthi. Therefore, the decisive storm announced the resolve to face the tyranny, followed by hope restore storm, which restored hope and a hijacked legitimacy." Rector Al Dawood continued, "The era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, is witnessing a comprehensive renaissance in all areas, in particular higher education, where universities have been receiving support and encouragement that enable the Saudi Universities to compete with their regional and international counterparts. Undoubtedly, God willing, this support will increase efforts, improve output, and achieve aspirations."

At the conclusion of his statement, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Dawood, showed his gratitude and appreciation by praising and thanking the leadership of this blessed country for all what they offered, and for what they are offering for the sake of the citizens' development and well-being. He also thanked His Excellency the Governor of Asir region, His Royal Highness, Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdul Aziz, on his continued support and follow-up for the Universities of King Khalid and Bisha. Rector Al Dawood also thanked his Excellency, the Minister of Education, Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Issa, for his permanent guidance and support. Finally, Rector Al Dawood prayed to God to sustain grace, safety, and security under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the Crown Prince, and the Deputy Crown Prince - God save them.
