Enjaz system processed more than two million transactions.

Within two years, Enjaz program for administrative communications and electronic archiving of King Khalid University (KKU), has processed more than two million photographic archived transactions since its release in 1435 AH. Furthermore, the Enjaz program has benefited more than 95% of the faculty members, in addition to nearly 8,000 employees of the University.

On this important development, the Vice - President for Development and Quality, Dr. Ahmed Ben Yahia Aljbaili, stated thus, "Enjaz program, which was launched by King Khalid University, and which is represented by the Documentation and Archives Center, cares about the completion of the university transactions electronically, thus it is considered a quantum leap in ending a transaction in a record time. Enjaz program also contributes to consumption of less time, with 99% percentage in favor of speed and achievement, as well as it ability to eliminate duplication of archiving and correspondence, and supports electronic archiving". Dr. Aljbaili added: "The program can connect with any government department in the case of the need for this by administrative communication program among them. The program also facilitates University managers' tasks, depending on a mechanism able to trace transactions from within and from outside the university. Moreover, the program gives powers to the leaders of the university to assess the performance of the employees, the departments, or the colleges."

It is noteworthy that the program supports the English language, so the English language speakers can benefit from it. In addition, the program has archived more than 6 million documents to this time.
