In addition, the Faculty has sought to enhance the University's role, of serving holiday makers during the summer.

The dental clinics worked on full-time basis, starting from 8 am to 5 pm, throughout the summer, and this continued from the end of the second semester until the beginning of the new academic year. Furthermore, the clinics worked during the holy month of Ramadan on two shifts; morning shift which started from 10 am to 12: 30 pm, as well as evening shift which was from 10 pm to 12:30 after midnight. The purpose was to treat the largest possible number of cases.

The clinics were run by a number of interns from various specializations, under the supervision of a group of faculty members, as well as a number of nurses and X-ray technicians, in addition to receptionists. Moreover, the laboratory of production and fixed and moving fixtures were operated at full capacity, in order to cover all specializations needed by patients.

It is noteworthy that the Faculty, through its previous round, worked on increasing the number of the Faculty members who were overseeing the interns in all various specializations. In addition, the University has increased the number of nurses, X-ray technicians, receptionists - males and females. The purpose was to attend to the largest possible number of patients without delay. This development has contributed to increase the number of cases that have been treated this year, compared to the last year; nearly 90%.
