University delegation visits injured soldiers in the Armed Forces Hospital.

His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Dawood, accompanied by a considerable number of the University employees and students, paid a visit to the injured members of the ground forces who are involved in the "Decisive Storm" operations at the southern border. The injured soldiers are receiving the needed treatment at the King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Khamis Mushayt.

The visiting delegation was received by the Director General for the Medical and Technical Affairs of the Armed Forces Hospitals in the region, Brigadier General Dr. Salem bin Ahmed Al-Qahtani. The reception team for the delegation included the Assistant of the Armed Forces Hospitals in the south, Colonel Ayed bin Abdullah Al Mardi and the Medical Director, Dr. Mohammed Al-Qahtani. The university President indicated that the visit came in accordance with the university's support for the brave soldiers who were stationed on southern borders. The President said, "Our injured soldiers won great honor, and raised the reputation of their religion, their homeland, and the leaders". The President wished the injured a speedy recovery. For his part, the Brigadier Colonel Dr. Salem bin Ahmed Al-Qahtani, welcomed the King Khalid University President and his employees by thanking them and paying gratitude for their visit to the symbols of the homeland who had sacrificed to it. Al-Qahtani added, "This visit is not strange to the university".

It is noteworthy that the visit was just a beginning of a convoy called "Through decisiveness, hope returns" which is organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University.
