The Rector of King Khalid University His Excellency Prof. Abdulrahman Hamad Al Dawood has issued a resolution to nominate the General Supervisor of Media Center Professor Fahd bin Wazea bin Noma as the "official speaker" of King Khalid University besides keeping his current job as an adviser to His Excellency the University President. The Rector's resolution was an implementation of the resolution which ordered ministries, institutions, and governmental agencies to appoint official speakers.

Through this resolution, the University is creating an effective means of communication with the media and the media professionals. Fahad Bin Noma has his own experience in the field of media and has worked for different media bodies as a journalist who specialized in local affairs. He worked in a number of agencies and media committees, in conferences and seminars, in addition to his activity in the field of digital media. He also conducted a number of interviews with many Professionals and specialists in the media, including media professionals' Suhoor and the first meeting of the media professionals in Riyadh Province. Bin Naoma also visited Prince Mohammed bin Naïf Media Center for advice and care, as well as undertaking the first media visit to the prison, Alhaer.
