His Excellency King Khalid University President, Prof. Abdulrahman Hamad Aldawood and the Assigned President of Bisha University, on behalf of themselves and the staff and students of the both universities, thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz - may God protect him - on the occasion of the issuance of the a package of Royal Commands. The two presidents of the two institutions showed their appreciation on that important move taken by the Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques.

The two presidents pointed out that the Royal Commands reflected the keenness of the government, under the custodian of The two Holy Mosques, on the development of the country and on strengthening its capabilities, besides the development of the overall welfare of the citizen in achieving well-being. After the issuance of the Royal Commands, president Aldawood observes: "Our government, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz and the Crown Prince and Deputy Crown Prince - May God save them - proved to everyone that the interests of the country, its development and prosperity and the general nationals' interests and well-being of the citizens, are at the top of their priorities, thus the leaders are moving on the footsteps of their predecessors - the former kings of this Immaculate country – May God have mercy on them - to achieve a decent life for Saudi citizens by raising in general, the level of development, and particularly, promoting state institutions capabilities." Aldawood added that these Royal resolutions have pleased the hearts of the people of Saudi Arabia, and are a reflection of the wisdom of a commander - and real expert in the affairs of the state. It is not surprising to feel the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz's – May God protect him - political vision, which has grown throughout years of relentless administrative works and leadership in the state. Thus, these resolutions came to prove the accumulated experiences of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. These experiences are no doubt a source of rejoice by the citizens.

Dr. Aldawood further clarified that the personality of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, from its humanitarian perspectives, are visible in taking such resolutions. They included an attempt to raise the level of development in various fields, in addition to giving additional financial benefits for the workers of the state. There was also the payment of debts, the amnesty for prisoners in the public right, the support for charity organizations and beneficiaries of social security, and those with special needs, as well as supporting literary clubs and associations, sports clubs and occupational associations. The concern and considerations accorded all the above mentioned social aspects confirm his Excellency, the Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques' sponsorship to the state, its institutions, employees, and the needy. It is as well, an indication of his interest and the top priority he accords to literary and sport clubs.

At the conclusion of his statement, Aldawood confirmed that "this blessed country is proud of this government, which meets the nationals' needs, and which seeks to offer them the best. The University President prayed God the Almighty, to preserve the leader of this country, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince, and to reward them with the best reward, for what they are offering to the homeland and its citizens, and to preserve our country and perpetuate stability, security and welfare under its sage leadership.
