The University Vice - President, Prof. Mari Hussein Al-Qahtani held a meeting with the Director of Field Monitoring Department, which is affiliated to the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in Asir region, Mr. Awad Suheim Asmari. The meeting was attended by dignified personalities such as the University Vice - President for the girls' colleges, Dr. Saad Mohammed Dajm, the Director of Virtue and Prevention of Vice Commission, Al-Sha'f branch, Mr. Abdullah Jaber Al-Shahrani, The Director of the university Security Management and the Coordinator of the Faculties of Education and Arts.

During the meeting, the attendees discussed ways of developing greater cooperation and the importance of closer documented and distinctive relationship between the university and the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice. The members of the two sides believed that strengthening such relationship is necessary for spreading the right Islamic values and ethics, as well as for protecting the community from bad acts and impurities.
