Three Scientific Sessions and 13 Research Papers on the Second Day of the "Islamic Studies and Vision 2030" Conference

The sessions of the international conference, “Islamic Studies and the Question of Development in Line with Vision 2030” continue on its second day at the university. The conference is organized by the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies and is held at the Conference and Exhibition Center at the University City in Al-Fara’a.
The conference commenced on the second day with a session entitled "The Role of Islamic Studies in Developing the Kingdom's Economy," chaired by Prof. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Aba Al-Khail, Dean of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qassim University. Dr. Fouad bin Ahmed Ata-allah participated with a research paper entitled "The Role of Islamic Studies in Developing and Diversifying the Economy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." Dr. Musa bin Abdullah Al-Balawi presented a research paper entitled "The Foundations of the Creedal Structure of the Islamic Economy Related to Money and Its Impact on Its Development and Prosperity." Dr. Ismail bin Taher Azzam then presented his paper entitled "Waqf and Its Role in Alleviating the Burdens of the State's General Budget - A Study in Light of Vision 2030." Dr. Arwa Al-Yazidi followed with her research paper entitled "The Civilizational Principles of ٍSaudi Vision 2030 and Ways to Strengthen Them in Saudi Society." The first session concluded with a research paper entitled "Achieving Comprehensive Sustainable Development and the Role of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Light of the Objectives of Islamic Sharia - An Analytical Study within the Framework of Saudi Vision 2030" presented by Dr. Azza Ahsan Ahmed.
The second session of the conference on the second day was entitled "The Future Prospects of the Kingdom and the Necessity of Continuing and Developing the Vision," chaired by Prof. Ismail bin Ghazi Marhaba, Dean of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Umm Al-Qura University. Dr. Madani bin Mohammad Kalafut discussed his research paper entitled "Peaceful Coexistence and Its Role in Achieving Development in Accordance with Vision 2030 - A Descriptive and Prospective Study." Dr. Mabrouk Bahi Al-Din Dadr discussed his paper entitled "The Necessity and Importance of Jurisprudential Foresight in Planning and Achieving Development." Dr. Abdel-Samad Boudiaf then presented his research paper entitled "The Jurisprudential and National Particularities and their Impact on Sustainable Development." The second session concluded with a paper entitled "Historical and Civilizational Studies and Their Impact on Achieving Development - Ibn Khaldun as a Model" presented by Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammad Khatib.
The conference concluded with its third session entitled "The Value of Islamic Studies in Developing the Nation and Its Prosperity," presented by Dr. Mohammad bin Khalil Al-Shikhi, Dean of the College of Sharia and Systems at Tabuk University. Prof. Maher bin Jameel Ahmed participated and presented his research paper entitled "The Role of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in Achieving Saudi Vision 2030 - An Applied Study within the Framework of International Law and Islamic Jurisprudence." Dr. Layla Ali Al-Shahri then participated with her research paper entitled "The Jurisprudential Justification for the Developmental Role of Women and Its Realization in the Vision". Dr. Abdul-qadir bin Yassin Al-Khatib presented his paper entitled "Encouraging Sharia to Upgrade Voluntary Work and Its Role in Developing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." Dr. Nawal bint Ali Al-Zahrani also participated with her research paper entitled "The Most Prominent Characteristics of Faith and Their Impact on Societal Productivity - Integrity as a Model."
