The Acting President of King Khalid University, Prof. Saad bin Mohammed bin Dajam, on behalf of the university’s faculty, staff, and students, extended his congratulations to our wise leadership on the occasion of the 94th National Day.
Bin Dajam said, "As we celebrate the 94th National Day, our beloved country is making a remarkable impact on the global scale. The sons and daughters of this nation are embodying excellence and creativity in various fields, working diligently and proudly to achieve the goals of Vision 2030, which has marked a turning point in the history of our nation."
He added, "On this dear occasion, I am pleased to extend my congratulations on behalf of myself and the faculty, staff, and students of King Khalid University to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect them, praying to Allah to bestow upon our country security and prosperity and that it may remain a leader in security, peace, and development under its wise leadership."
Bin Dajam affirmed that this great historic day reaffirms the magnitude of the sacrifices made by King Abdulaziz bin Abdurahman Al Saud - may Allah have mercy upon him - and his men who built this nation, achieving its unification and laying the foundations for security, stability, and development.
He continued,"The journey of giving and achievement has continued for 94 years, during which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has reached great accomplishments and significant successes in politics, economics, social fields, science, and many other fields, becoming one of the most influential and leading countries in the world."
Regarding the significance of the National Day, he said, "The 94th National Day is a milestone of glory and a great occasion from which we draw inspiration from the eternal journey and the blessed biography of a hero from the peninsula who established a new age of development, spreading knowledge and awareness, in addition to developing the nation to be a proud model."
He added that loyalty, belonging, giving, and dedication are great values that characterize the people of the Kingdom. He explained that the kingdom’s nation has a sense of duty towards it, which has driven them to paint a beautiful picture of excellence and creativity in various fields.
Bin Dajam affirmed that King Khalid University is a result of the support of our wise leadership, may Allah preserve it, and one of the gifts of this great nation. The impact that the university has made in this precious part of the nation, its presence, and its development come in line with the goals set by our leadership, marking its belief that human beings are the axis of development.
Bin Dajam concluded his speech by saying, "On this day of pride, words fail and expressions fall short, and the nation remains a great value cherished by generations. So, congratulations to this great nation and congratulations to its sons and daughters who have embarked on journeys of giving, as their words echo: Our ambition is like Jabal Tuwaiq, and our aspirations reach the sky."
