In the presence of Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Mughlouth, Assistant Minister of Media, an agreement was signed on Wednesday between King Khalid University and the Saudi Media Academy. The agreement was formalized by the acting President of King Khalid University, Prof. Dr. Saad bin Mohammed bin Du'ajam, and the CEO of the Saudi Media Academy, Eng. Khalid Zain Al-Abidin, at the university’s campus in Al-Fara’a.

The agreement outlines mutual collaboration in the design and implementation of joint training programs and diplomas, as well as cooperation in cooperative training specifically tailored for university students. It also includes collaboration on career preparation initiatives to nominate outstanding students from the university, in addition to offering training opportunities for faculty members and staff.

Furthermore, the agreement covers the provision of specialized media consulting services, the organization of joint workshops, academic meetings, symposiums, and conferences between both parties, and the conduct of research and studies aimed at benefiting the media sector and related industries. It also involves the exchange of scientific and practical expertise between both institutions, along with the sharing of information to enhance the scope and objectives of the agreement.
