King Khalid University, represented by the General Administration of Institutional Communication, launched its summer program "Summer & Guests". In an attempt to support the university’s program, the university delegation and their families visited one of the region’s local festivals in the province of Balhamr.

The delegation and their families met the mayor of Belhamr, Eng. Abdullah Alasmari, they were then briefed on the festival's theme, which represents a combination of the province’s heritage and culture. The festival included a variety of activities and local products, which display the diverse sources and wildlife living in the region.

It is worth noting that this visit came to achieve the university's strategic goals of enhancing its role in its community and supporting its economy. However, on its part, the university will be receiving guests and visitors during the summer season coinciding with the activities of the Asir summer season 2023.
