University President Attends the Launch of Teacher and Good Education Conference

His Excellency King Khalid University President, Prof. Faleh bin Rajallah Al-Solami, affirmed that the Kingdom dedicates great attention to the education sector, a common approach followed the leaders of this country since its founding, this came at the university's opening ceremony for the 2nd International Conference of the Saudi Scientific Society for Teachers "JISM" at the university city in Alfar'a, under the title "Teacher and Good Education".
His Excellency expressed his appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Education for his generous patronage of the conference. He said that "this conference is a step towards searching for the best and most successful methods to build good education. He continued by saying that because our vision is based on the language of numbers, there is no other option for a nation that aspires to be globally competitive than to carefully plan and work to succeed.
Al-Solami, stressed that King Khalid University prioritizes quality education and quality outcomes and through the College of Education and the Saudi Scientific Association for Teachers "JISM" the university aspires to contribute to the education sector in providing the sources of research and analysis to achieve its goals.
On his part, Prof. Abdullah bin Ali Al Kassi, the chairman of the conference's scientific committee, stressed in his speech the significance of valuing teachers by paying attention to the teaching profession, and ensuring ongoing integration between all components of education leads to achieving a good education. He also commended the Ministry of Education for its efforts and its support of teachers and the teaching profession.
Al -Kassi explained that the 2nd International Conference of the Saudi Scientific Association for Teachers (JISM), aims to raise awareness of the significance of the roles of teachers in achieving quality standards in education. He added that 11 specialized workshops covering a range of subjects of interest to teachers and education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are being held as part of the conference, which features 95 researchers.
Al Kassi, said that this conference is an excellent chance for teachers to learn about the most recent methods and innovations in the field of education, and interact with professionals, academics, and researchers in this field.
