The Director of the General Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Asir region, Eng. Abdullah Al-Waimani, announced yesterday, during his participation in the opening ceremony of the King Khalid University plantations coinciding with the Environment Week, the donation of four thousand seedlings to support the university plantation he also praised the university’s event and affirmed the permanent partnership between The university and the Ministry's branch in various projects and initiatives.

On his part, the Vice President of the University Prof. Muhammad bin Hamid Al-Beheiri praised the level of coordination between the university and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch in the Asir region, which resulted in the opening of the university's plantation as one of the university’s activities in this year's Environment Week, stressing that the two entities will produce projects to contribute to achieving the aspirations of the region.
