The Deanship of E-Learning records more than 12,000 lectures during the eighth week

The E-Learning Deanship showed the statistics for the eighth week in the first semester of the academic year 1442 AH: 11023 virtual recorded sessions, and 12579 recorded lectures.

Dr. Nayef Jabali, Dean of E-Learning, explained that the Deanship provided a number of training courses for leaders and faculty members, with 1730 beneficiaries, the courses included: Promote active learning in e-learning, Professional management of meetings and events course via zoom platform. The Deanship also supervised the online seminar entitled “Institutional Fraud”, with 470 beneficiaries. the Deanship is also keen to provide educational courses on e-learning mechanisms for students.

The Deanship of E-Learning also provided an Arab guide for faculty members, and the number of views of Tamkeen's videos from the beginning of the first week reached 135,411 views, in 4,075.9 hours.

Furthermore, the Deanship provided technical support services: 76 technical support by phone, 236 through WhatsApp, and 14 through the Deanship’s office, in addition to 10 e-mails, 74% of them to support faculty members, and 26% to support students, in addition to 273 support via Zoom and Live Chat.
