Dr. Al-Mushait noted that all of the departments in the college participated in the program with the purpose of encouraging students to behave in a mature and respectful manner at all times. The Community Service Committee, the Training Committee, and the Talent and Creativity Unit helped organize the event.

Dr. Al-Mushait stated that the faculty and staff responded very positively to this initiative. A diverse group of students and faculty attended. Members of the Namariq Club, the Student Affairs Committee and the Guidance and Counseling Unit were very involved. During the meetings, the college announced several new programs sponsored by the Department of Administrative Sciences, the Computer Department and the General Preparation Department.
