A pioneer in the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia, with a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of several companies, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Sumou Holding Company” since 2007 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Sumou Real Estate Company” (a company listed on the Capital Market Authority). Al-Qahtani is president of the Board of Directors of “Musharaka Financial Company,” (a company Listed on the Capital Market Authority), Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Adeer Real Estate Company” and Chairman of the Board of Directors of His Highness Society. He also chairs the Board of Trustees of the Farhan Ibn Al-Mubarak Foundation for Community Service, which was awarded the Distinguished Arab Donor Institutions Award from the United Nations Office. He chairs the Endowments Committee in the Eastern Chamber of Commerce, which he founded in February 2014, and to this day he remains its chairman. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Endowment Empowerment Society, and Chairman of the Ma’wi Society for Social Services, a non-profit organization specialized in real estate development and innovation of sustainable developmental housing for the community in the Kingdom.
