The Applicant must be Saudi. |

The applicant should not be at the head of government work. |
|
3 |
The applicant must be of good conduct and behavior. |
|
4 |
The applicant should be free from any legal crime or imprisonment for an offense against honor or honesty. |

The applicant must be medically fit. |
|
6 |
The applicant must pass the interview and written test. |
