Conditions:
The applicant, male or female, must be of Saudi nationality.
The PhD degree (and the promotion decision for applicants to the rank of associate professor or professor) must be from a Saudi university or another recognized university.
The PhD specialization must be an extension of the Bachelor’s and Master’s specializations.
Passing the personal interview and any tests conducted by the academic departments (if any).
The applicant must have obtained the academic degrees through full-time regular study and residence in the country of study and not through external study, correspondence, distance education, or the like.
Bringing proof of the ability to teach in English if the applicant graduated from a university where the language of instruction is not English, as follows:
For applicants to positions in the College of Languages and Translation and the English language departments in other colleges: not less than a score of (550) in the TOEFL test or (6.5) in the IELTS test.
For applicants to the other programs offered by the university in English (health specializations, sciences, administrative and financial sciences, engineering, computer science): not less than a score of (500) in the TOEFL test or (6.0) in the IELTS test.
