2nd Semester Internal Change Period

Internal Change Period

2nd Semester 1439 AH.

The Deanship of Admission and Registration of King Khalid University (KKU) announces the official start of the Internal Change Period for the second semester of the academic year 1438/1439 AH, which will start - God Willing - on Monday 27/4/1439 AH to 29/4/1439 AH. Students can apply for the internal change through this link registration.kku.edu.sa. They will have access to modify the following:

Type of Change

Conditions and Regulations

Change Specialization

The students can apply only once for a transfer from one college to another and twice between departments of the same college.
The students can have a maximum of three selections.
The students must complete more than two semesters and not more than four semesters.

From Affiliation to Regular
The student's GPA must be at least 3 or above out of 5.
The students must finish more than two semesters and not more than six semesters.

Change Headquarters

To change the headquarters, the students must click on the icon - change the specialization. Then, they should select the same specialization at the desired headquarters.

BA to Diploma

The students must apply on the announced dates which begin from 30/4/1439 AH until 3/5/ 1439 AH.

Important Notes:

  • Applying does not mean your request will be accepted.
  • All the applications will be treated according to the capacity of the college and the candidates GPA.
  • The available specializations will appear according to the student's GPA.
  • No requests will be accepted late. In case you have technical problems, you should contact the Deanship of Admissions and Registration immediately!
