Deanship of Faculty and Staff Affairs announces the beginning of preparing for the 2^nd Promotions Record in this academic year 30/11/1435 AH. For all candidates whose names are shown in the two attachment files below, fill the Promotion Card and Endorsement File and attach the following:

1- A copy of the ID.

2- A copy of the last scientific qualification (certificate).

3- A copy of the academic record for those who have passed more than 30 hours.

4- A copy of the job evaluation for the last two years.

5- A copy of any training course has been achieved during the last four years (other than the training courses of Public Administration Institute).

6- Filling the Endorsement File and Promotion Card.

These documents should be sent to the Deanship no later than 9/11/1435 AH. And no request will be considered after this date.
