The Deanship of Human Resources announced, the opening of the promotion competition for the the second to the tenth rank starting from the 11-4-1443 to 22-4-1443.

With regard to raising the justifications for promotion, the following must be noted :

1. Uploading the certificates of training programs and accreditation programs that were obtained in the current rank to the date of 04/13/1443 AH through self-service system (adding and modifying training courses). No program will be accepted without attaching its certificate. We also urge everyone to verify previous requests and verify whether they were accepted or not.

-Stressing that any training certificate or accreditation program that is submitted through the Enjaz system will not be considered. Noting the last date for submitting self-service training certificates is on 04/20/1443 AH.

2. In regard to job performance evaluation, electronic employee evaluation for the year 2020 will be implemented through the self service system, noting that with out an evaluation an employee will not be considered.

3. Regarding the results of the cognitive ability test, coordination will be made with a Qiyas Center to provide us with the results.

4. The Deanship of Human Resources stresses the necessity of adhering to the above.
