On the 10^th of Jumādá al-Ūlá, King Khalid University Rector, Prof. Faleh R. M. Al-Solamy, sponsored 'Itgan', an annual ceremeony hosted by the Deanship of Faculty and Staff Affairs. Itgan is held to express appreciation towards individual efforts that contribute to the success and achievement of tasks during the year. The ceremony aims to motivate and stimulate competition and excellence among university members and to honor outstanding achievements that deserves recognition every year.

At the beginning of the ceremony, a presentation was shown highlighting the deanship's achievement during the year 1439 AH. Following after, His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy thanked the efforts of those who organized and managed the ceremony. He also thanked the deanship for reconstructing its internal employee structure to adapt to the goals of Vision 2030. Later, Dean of Faculty and Staff Affairs, Dr. Mohammad Al-Buhari, thanked the university rector for sponsoring the ceremony and for his continued support and encouragement to achieve the desired outcomes. At the end, the best employees in supporting deanships and university administrations, leadership figures, and project directors were honored.

On this occasion, it is worth noting that the university rector launched the 'Sout Al-Moudaf' employee voice application, to receive employee suggestions and input on university matters and projects. The ceremony was concluded by presenting the university rector with the annual faculty member and employee affairs deanship report and the new administrative management manual.
