King Khalid University Appoints 82 Faculty Members

Based on strategic planning methods and a clear long-term vision, King Khalid University has completed the appointment of twenty-six associate professors and promoted fifty-six postgraduates to the rank of lecturer who are currently continuing their doctoral studies.

The University will continue its recruitment plan to attract the brightest minds in the Kingdom aligned with Vision 2030 that will contribute to the Saudization of academic faculty in the University.

His Excellency King Khalid University Rector, Prof. Falleh R. M. Al-Solamy, confirmed that the University embodies Vision 2030 in terms of supporting Saudization among faculty and staff. Rector Al-Solamy echoed HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's call to invest in the most important and cherished asset the Kingdom holds -- the youth. He explained that the strength of the Kingdom's universities is inextricably linked to the youth in the transition to a knowledge-based economy, which is largely based on the skills and competencies of our children.
