His Excellency King Khalid University Rector Prof. Falleh R. M. Al-Solamy visited the university's corner in Abha's 10th Culture and Awareness Summer Tent yesterday evening. He was accompanied by Vice Rector of Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Merzin Al-Shahrani, Dr. Omar Ageel, Dean of the Community Service and Continuous Education Deanship, and a group of university employees.

At the beginning of the visit, His Excellency enjoyed a detailed explanation about the university’s corner from the General Supervisor of Community Partnership, Dr. Mohammad Al-Habtar, pointing to the efforts and work delivered by the university bodies and employees.

His Excellency thanked the participating bodies, which have contributed to the success of the university corner and provided the best services to the guests and participants of the tent. He also encouraged faculty members and staff to invite their families and friends to attend the summer activities provided by the tent and to report to the university with their feedback and experience to help develop the project for next year.

His Excellency also added that the university looks forward to future partnerships with community projects to help serve the society and fulfill its role as a leading institution in the region.
