The Deanship of Faculty Members and Teaching staff recently organized the Second Employee Performance Program Orientation under the direction of His Excellency the University Rector, Dr. Faleh Al-Solamy.

The orientation included a number of workshops involving department directors and unit heads from both the male and female departments. A wide range of University branches participated in the program from Abha, Khamis Mushayt, Ahad Rafidah, Sarat Obeida, Dhahran Al-Janoub, and Tanuma.

The workshops included a detailed explanation on how to set strategic goals according to the regulations issued by the Ministry of Civil Service. The 1439 AH University Employee Performance Manual was also introduced; it included the guidelines of the program and comprehensive procedures. It is worth mentioning the orientation was held in sequence with the first employee orientation of last year and will be held annually at the same time next year.
