The improved "Hadher" system, which will help manage university employees'
attendance more simply and adaptably, was recently inaugurated by His Excellency
King Khalid University President Prof. Faleh bin Rajallah Al-Solami at his office in
the University City in Al-Qara'a. The launch witnessed the presence of the university
Vice President, Prof. Muhammad bin Hamed Al-Buhairi.

Al-Buhairi stressed during the meeting held that the university is committed to boost
employees' productivity, improve human capital efficiency, and create a more
welcoming and flexible work environment. In this regard, the university launched the
upgraded "Hadher" system, which is distinguished by its simplicity of use for
university managers and employees.

The updated "Hadher" system allows for flexibility in filing and managing
permissions and excuses, and it is suitable for various work shifts and fieldwork. The
system also enables employees to electronically verify their attendance, in addition to
its connection to the administrative and financial systems, which directly respond to
it, as well as the official e-mail for sending notifications.
