Celebrating More than 16.000 Graduates

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Governor of Asir region, Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King Khalid university virtually celebrated the graduation of more than 16.000 students for the Academic year 1442Ah. 

On the occasion His Royal Highness said "Today we are proud of you, as you devoted all your efforts to successfully surpass college years, which wasn't easy during Covid-19 , yet we all proved to the world that we are capable of overcoming this challenge, we have always been able to overcome it and we will always be, and today, by graduating university, you proved that those efforts were not wasted"

His Royal Highness concluded his speech by saying "We hope to see you soon in the professional field, loyal to our great leadership and this precious country."

His Excellency, the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Allah Al Solami, thanked His Royal Highness, Prince Turki bin Talal for generously patronizing the ceremony, and for his constant support to all university activities. He also congratulated the graduates, and asked Allah to guide them to serve this country.

Al Solami, stressed that the Kingdom is a successful global example for taking care of its people.

In His Excellency speech to the graduates he said "Be proud of our young leadership which always believes in you, and aims to empower you, and be proud of your university, which prepared you for the next step of your life, also  be  proud of your country which is ambitiously leaping to be a first world country through its aspirations and faith in you as a generation , and know that being only proud , and being ambitious alone without working towards excellence is not enough to achieve dreams. 

It's worth noting that, the General Administration of Information Technology, prepared an electronic site for the graduates to congratulate each other and to interact with each other and with their families, the Administration also prepared a number of media channels, to allow graduates to express their joy.
