8 Training Courses for the University Employees and Faculty Members

Human Resources Deanship at King Khalid University, represented by the Administrative Development Department, launched a series of training courses for the university employees and faculty members, to identify the university's needs, spread the culture of self-learning and development, and invest in the expertise of transferring knowledge and skills.

Dr. Ali bin Jaber Al-Olayani, Dean of Human Resources Deanship, explained that the Deanship is keen on developing the university members' skills and experience by providing the necessary training courses and workshops, adding that a number of training courses are available online to grantee that all members benefit from the program and to ensure the university safety measures. 

On his part, the Director of the Human Resources Development Department, Prof. Ali Saleh Al Demaih, confirmed that these training courses will greatly develop the university cadres, considering the variety of topics, which stimulate the era requirements and fulfill the University needs. He added that the series includes 12 training courses for faculty members, most prominent of which are : teaching according to personality patterns, outstanding publication in classified scientific journals and cybersecurity.

The series also include 16 training courses for administrative employees, most prominent of which are : designing and planning initiatives in light of the 2030 Vision, crisis management, Google cloud services and electronic management. 

It's worth noting that these training courses will continue until Sha`ban 1442 AH.
