The Deanship of Human Resource : To Determine 2021 Training Needs
In an attempt to record the university employee development needs the Deanship of Human Resources represented by the administrative development department held a workshop to determine the employees training and development needs on Monday the 2nd of November 2021, sponsored by the dean of the deanship of Human Resources Dr. Ali bin Jubran Al Olayani.
The Director of the Administrative Development Department at the Deanship, Mr. Ali Saleh Al Dumaih, said that the workshop targeted the first and second ranks of the university's administrative staff and aimed to support the university’s approach to increase the efficiency and impact of employee development plan, to enhance and develop the university’s administrative employees, and to allow them the opportunity to identify their needs in the development area .
Al Dumaih, added that the workshop was presented by the trainer, Engineer Muhammad Saad Al-Banna, and included the participation of a group of the university's administrative staff representing all the university's organizational entities. stressing that the workshop outcomes will be gathered in a report and presented to the concerned authorities to work as a guid to the university employee development program plan for the year 2021.
